Shaukat is the Managing Director of Bond Dental London, providing strategic leadership and accountability for delivering the organisation’s long-term objectives. A committed champion of a people-first culture, he believes the group’s strength and performance are fundamentally driven by its teams.

With over 15 years of experience in the dental sector, Shaukat has held a variety of roles. His track record includes a senior leadership position within a major dental corporation, overseeing more than 300 practices across the UK, including flagship sites in Harley Street and Windsor. He has also advised independent practice owners and multi-site dental groups on scaling, operational optimisation, and performance improvement. In addition to his private-sector work, Shaukat holds a senior public service appointment and has been awarded a long service medal by His Majesty the King.

Outside of work, Shaukat devotes time to family and friends, enjoys reading, and takes pleasure in long walks.
